Offer #3
We were given a nice offer today. It is basically the asking price with some major perks. The first of which is the buyer is going to allow us to rent back for 2 months so that we can find a place to live. At $2200 it might be a really sweet deal.
The second is that he is willing to pay the price if the appraisal comes in low.
Third, he is willing to forget about the termite inspection finding. Saves us $3000.
Unless and act of god should fall on this house, it is sold......

Open House 6
Today...More open house, it is a pain in the butt. Don't ever sell your house. It takes way tooooooo long. The weather man is saying snow and rain. I am sayin tears and pain. We need to find a place to take the kids and run them. Fortunately we have been keeping the house fairly clean so we don't have to spend hours getting ready to show the house to strangers.
I am still worried about what I am going to do about my 50 gallon fish tank. If I have to get rid of it we will be kissing a couple grand down the drain. Yeeeeee Ha!
Other fun things...We are paying for gardeners and house cleaning. We can't afford them. Every month that goes is a month of expenses that are eating into our net sale. In essence, we are using the house has a credit card.

Today I am fat
I woke up at 4 again to the cat. Why does our cat want to wake me up to tell me he has a full dish of cat food? Cats are strange beasts. They act so smart but then do REALLY REALLY stupid things. I wonder if they are really as smart as we humans would like to believe.
So the house still has not sold. I think it's been about a month now. Things are getting pretty tight financially. The Ford Escape broke down on our way back from Chico last weekend. We were on Bayliss Blue Gum Road and Kim had to pull into some farmer's driveway when the car lost it's power.
We called the AAA and they came and got the car. Fortunately I drove my truck as well, so we loaded the items from the Escape into the truck. Chris came to pick up Kim and Elisa.
Kim was stranded in Chico for another 2 days with the kids. I came home to work and heard the stories of children projectile vomiting on my brothers sofa via text and face book. YAY!!!
Kim is back now but she had to leave $651.34 at the Dealership. Sucka!!
Sierra 2000000000
I think this trip started at like 8 or 9pm. I can't remember where we started from but I do remember driving all night and into the morning. We drove up to Lassen Volcanic Park to a lake that had tons of big fish in it. Unfortunately we never caught any. We then headed to the queen lily and did catch some fish.
